Innovate 2014

Everyone wants behind the scenes. What makes all the HERE wheels and gears go? A crucial part of the equation = innovation. And it doesn’t just apply to the arts or what happens on your church stage. It’s also happening behind the scenes. In accounting, children’s ministry, guest services, and multisite replication.

To ‘Innovate’ IS the new normal for all of us. Rebuilding. Reproducing. Realigning. Constantly innovating. With fewer staff, and lower budgets. People in our communities are still out of work. Our focus involves more complex choices. That’s the norm. And at Innovate you’ll find strategic and practical ways to explore how this is implemented across the life of the church – in every ministry area.

At Innovate, we’re opening up and letting you choose the path you want. Get the training and information you need to take your ministry impact to a new level.

You are here. Begin.

Jenni Catron will be sharing concepts from her most recent book Clout, speaking on the importance of leveraging your ministry’s natural strengths and areas of influence.
